Have you looked at your cable bill lately or do you no longer have cable? We are approaching a time frame where the content we watch for entertainment is moving into the cloud. That means we may be paying more for less. If you add up all of the channels on cable that are bundled and then look at them individually more than likely you will pay more for less options. Disney has announced they will have their own streaming service. Add that to Amazon, AT& T/Warner Bros, Apple, Hulu, Showtime, HBO, You Tube, PBS and so many others I may be missing...CBS, NBC, and Fox. Disney+ bundled with ESPN+ and Hulu is $13 a month (note you can just get Disney plus now discounted at $5). Netflix is $9 - 13 a month depending on what plan you are on. Losing Disney took a lot out of the content they had so...shouldn't the price go down? Check out this article from the Los Angelos Times - Who will win streaming? I have done the math and since I like sports ...I will be paying a lot more than I would with cable. Is this a good thing? Check out the pricing of other streaming...looks like You Tube might work...but the price is high - Streaming. Have you cut the cord? Are you paying less and getting less?
