A businessman selling pottery is approached by a potential buyer to purchase one of his artefacts. She is interested in one of his pots but finds it is too expensive for her budget. The businessman decides to lower the cost, but it is still too expensive. She asked for some time to decide on the purchase and states she will leave for lunch and return with her decision. When she returns she sees that the businessman has sold the artefact at the reduced cost to another customer.

In the context of contract law, advise the potential buyer whether she can take action against the businessman, for not selling the pottery to her.
