Approach to State Government (Alaska)

The Bidder will include with its proposal a draft of a cover letter, addressed to a state legislator(s) and to any other person(s) who is working to influence lottery legislation that IGT can use in its approach to your selected state. This letter should clearly address the reasons why IGT is proposing a state lottery, why the state would benefit from a state lottery, and how IGT can support the effort. Individual letters to multiple influencers are acceptable. Letters to legislators who either advocate for or are opposed to a lottery are acceptable.
