Knowledge and Understanding

By the end of this module, you should be able to:

a) Apply knowledge creatively to critically analyse and understand organisational issues.
b) Apply knowledge and understanding to produce recommendations that provide genuine and practical benefit to the client.
c) Critically analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of project management approaches and tools within the context of a specific project.
d) Appraise the skills and roles required by a project team and contextualise these in relation to the project experience.
e) Write a literature review that shows knowledge and a critical understanding in an area relevant to the your route or programme.

m) Critically reflect upon the project process and management to identify learning for your future practice.
