He reports he has noted improvement in his focus and concentration but the efefects of his adderall star waning off in the afternoon.. He thinks the dose might be inadequate. He denies experiencing any side effects. The patient reports his mood is down and he tends to oversleeep with low energy. He denies having any psychotic symptoms. The significance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate rest for mental health was discussed with the patient, along with the importance of keeping appointments and complying with medication. The patient expressed her understanding of these points. Support and psycho-education were provided.
