Suppose you have been appointed as the advisor of the Afghan President, H.E. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, the presidents have promised to create 1 million jobs to Afghans in less than one year. You have to come up with at least three ways through which the president can create 1 million jobs in Afghanistan, for Afghans. Facts about Afghanistan are, it has approximately 30 million populations, 7.9 million labor force, 35% Unemployment (though it might be higher, since this is the estimate for 2008, when there were foreign aids, now foreign aids are limited).
