Kelly has been working at Saxet Consulting for the past two year. In a recent project involving 10 members was led by Sarah, who is her immediate manager. During the brainstorming sessions, Sarah sometimes provided unclear direction and was quite hesitant to share information easily with the team. Despite that, Kelly continues to work hard to complete the project successfully, even though some members didn't seem to be put in as much effort as she did. At the end of the project, Kelly was the one who brought in extra income for the project. However, at a recent meeting, she was expecting to receive praises from the President; but Sarah took credit for all the hard work and received the praises from the President. Since then, Kelly has felt a sense of injustice. As a result of this, she has stopped going the extra mile to stand out and began to only follow instructions and complete work accordingly
