As you have seen in past units, the use of case analysis can be helpful when applying the concepts of leadership. For this Discussion topic you will review the cases which provide descriptions of various situations in which a leader is attempting to apply Path-Goal Theory. As you read the cases, 7.1 and 7.2, try to apply the principles of Path-Goal Theory to determine the degree to which you think the leaders in the cases have done a good job of using this theory. Answer the questions for each case on your own, but present a summary for your first Discussion post. Your classmates may choose to challenge your results, so you need to be prepared to support your conclusions.
