Capstone project
As students who are taking this course, you must apply the strategic management concepts that arelearned from the course. Consider the below guidelines and instructions to write your project.
A. Project structures
It is recommended that your project report have the following structure in the order provided here.
1. Title pageThis should include the project title and names of all group members. You can also list the name of your teacher.
2. Executive summary
3. Table of Contents
Table of contents should contain titles and page numbers for the main sections and subsections of your report. The table of contents should also include entries for any appendices in your report.
4. Introduction
It consists of presenting your organization, the subject and the objectives of your project. You should also present the different questions and issues you will have to discuss in this project.
5. Report Body (Use suitable title/heading for each question ‘don't copy paste the question' and use same numbering beside each question & their parts)
This is the central and main part of the project which contains the answers to the different questions asked above. The main requirement is that you need to structure the report so that it is clear and structured in a way that makes sense. Grammar and spellings count.
6. Conclusion
The project's conclusion should summarize the main findings obtained through your analysis.
7. Appendix and Bibliography: references APA style(Don't use a lot of sources to avoid the similarity)
Use appendices to contain information that is peripheral to the main body of the report. Document the data collected from a textbook, a magazine, or a website identifying its sources while using the appropriate form.
B. Your team has been hired to develop a strategic plan based on your understanding of strategic concepts and techniques in strategic management course. You are required to select one business (Abu Dhabi Health Services, Co. - SEHA) and answer the questions that follow:
1) Write the organization profile
a) Recognize specific issues or choices that the planning process should address.
b) Identify the information that must be collected to help make sound decisions.
2) Development of Business Strategic Plan
a) Articulate business Vision & Mission

b) Assess your organization's industry general environment (PESTEL framework).
c) Apply Porter's Five-Forces Model
d) Setup the Business Competitive strategy
e) Conduct Business SOWT Analysis. (Write the SWOT analysis in Table form)additional to some narrative to discuss the threats and opportunities in more detail
f) Develop
- Strategies
- Goals,
- Objectives of the selected business.
g) Set a list of Key and Support Processes by organized set of activities or tasks that performed to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
3) Complete business strategic plan submission with the executive summary.
B. Presentation
- Prepare a presentation 10 slides in power point excludingthe title page & references.
For PowerPoint slides do them as bullets & short sentences not paragraph + Add notes 3 points for each side+ add photos or background relating the topic
