Overview and Rationale
In order to demonstrate proficiency with the content in this course we will complete a number of different assignments to validate your learning - and allow you to implement relevant practices a real-world setting.

Consider the Needs Assessment work completed in PJM 6610 (Template is attached).
For this assignment, explain how Survey Research, Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, Behavior Change, and Business Architecture would be used to complete the needs assessment template. Create an infographic to explain the following that includes:
• For each section of the template, which of our term topics could be applied - Survey Research, Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, Behavior Change, and Business Architecture? Be sure to include the specific tools, techniques, and processes that would be applied (for example, not just "Design Thinking" but the detail that would be applied, i.e. persona, empathy map, etc).
• Then, how would each of these detailed tools, techniques, and processes be used to conduct that part of the needs assessment and what is the value added?
