It was very interesting to read from Finance and HR's point of view and enjoyed reading your post. Looking at you background starting from working everything manually and the transitioning to a more ADP centric HRIS system, it seems like the programs and systems taking over the more tedious workload made your life a lot easier and convenient. I am curious to know if you think the benefits of being able to do everything digitally though systems and applications empowering the employees, and if you think the over reliance of HRIS ADP is a hinderance in any way to how you managed the work?
