Assignment:

James Cameron is charged that on or about the 29th day of May, 2016, at or near Airdrie, Alberta committing an assault on Carl Jepson cause bodily harm to him contrary to Section 267(b) of the Criminal Code.

Assault can be defined as the intentional application of force without the consent of the victim. In this case, the Mr. Cameron was charged with assault causing bodily harm. Why do you think he was charged, and explain the justification for this specific charge?
