Don Johnson and his wife Cher booked a package deal for a week vacation through Apple Vacations to Las Vegas on Delta Airlines. Upon landing and going to baggage claim, no luggage. The couple filed a claim with the airline and called every day during the week of their vacation to check on the status of their luggage, but to no avail. Upon returning home they filed a complaint with Delta Airlines Corporate Office and Apple Vacations requesting a full refund due to their inconvenience. A week after returning home, they received a phone call from Delta Airlines saying that their luggage had been found in Minneapolis and they would have it delivered to their home at no charge. You are the Customer Relations Manager for Apple Vacations and must respond to Mr. and Mrs. Johnson request for a full refund. Unfortunately, the contract the Johnsons signed specifically states Apple Vacations Do Not provide refunds due to the disservice of their partners or vendors.
