Nutrition Hx: Pt. states her appetite is poor especially in the evenings. She reports that she "fills up quickly, after just a few bites." She relates that meal preparation is difficult and by the time she fixes a meal, she is too tired to eat it. She states that she hasn't eaten much in the past week because "increased coughing has made it difficult to eat and food doesn't taste as good either; everything tastes bitter." Thinks she has lost about 20 pounds in the past 12 months.
