You are a Senior Manager of Model Clothing that is a clothing and apparel supplier to most large retailers across Australia. The company has major competitors overseas. The company for many years has secured a sizable portion of the Australian market. Reputation and credibility with customers is the main reason for continued prosperity. Your CEO has become aware of a series of social media exchanges that appear to be coming from within the organization. The social media comments in general bag the company and in particular are directed toward a group of four sales managers and how they are managing the clients they deal with. There have been repercussions from a small number of key clients and concern is growing. This matter has been fully investigated but the identity of those responsible remains unclear. Your CEO has decided to address this issue with a direct address to all staff.
