A student needs to Prepare a proposal to the Senior Management using the organization of their choice or any organization on the topic of contextual strategy for the organization. the student will be expected to provide the following: A background of the organization as an introduction 2. In the main body of the proposal: 2.1. the student should Explain and motivate why sustainability and organizational context has become the key business challenge of the 21st century. 2.2. the student should Propose a well-considered and synthesized business case for action in response to 2.1 in relation to your own particular area of responsibility in your business/sector/ industry and/organization. (Choose and apply suitable frameworks and tools from the sources to link sustainability and organizational context to your daily operations and management functions). Make specific reference to your role as a leader in building an organization that will be more resilient and competitive in the face of present and future sustainability challenges. 3. A conclusion detailing a summary of the main arguments, with clear recommendations. The report must be 10 pages.
