Human Relations in the Workforce
You learned about diversity, inclusion, and prejudice regarding race, gender, sexuality, religion... Obviously, diversity and inclusion are important in a workplace. For this assignment, you will create an anti-harassment & discrimination brochure that you would typically see at a workplace.
Be sure to include pertinent concepts from BOTH the eText and PPT from the weeks covering diversity AND/OR changing gender roles in the work place. Additionally, conduct and include your OWN research on facts and statistics related to yoursubject.
The formatting of the brochure should be front and back(so, 2 pages), 3-column/tri-fold brochure formatting (MS Word has a brochure style that follow this format).The brochure should be eye-catching, as well as easy and interesting to read. It should have: color, pictures, graphs/charts, stats, bulleted lists (rather than paragraphs)...
There should also be a place on the brochure or on a different page that includes your references.
I will grade you on the following criteria:
• Overall look (layout, organization, flow, use of pictures/graphics ...).
• Content (information included such as:basic terms, definitions, concepts, statistics... taken from the eText, PPT, AND your own research; as well as correctness of concept descriptions and examples).
• Correct brochure formatting, spelling, punctuation, and grammar, as well as clear and understandable writing.
