Question

Cindy is a 25y/o Hispanic female who presents to the clinic for her annual gynecology exam. She reports her last menstrual period a week ago. She is sexually active and does not use contraceptives. Today she has no complaints and refutes abnormal uterine bleeding. Cindy has never had cervical cancer screening and is not sure whether she received an HPV vaccine. She also reports having 3 sexual partners in the last 6 months and a history of Chlamydia 1 year ago. Upon physical examination, a small, painless lump palpated at the left vaginal opening and mild swelling. Speculum examination revealed a small amount of yellow vaginal discharge. She had no cervical motion or lesions. All other physical exams were unremarkable.
