The annual fuel costs required to operate a solid-waste treatment plant are projected to be $3.7 Million without considering future inflation. The best estimates indicate that the annual real interest rate will be 4.8% and inflation rate will be 7.5%. If the plant has a remaining useful life of 7 years, what is the present, annual and future equivalent of its fuel costs? using both actual and constant-dollar analysis.
