This COUN 6360/6324S: Assessment in Counseling Week 9 Ethical Scenarios test is standard for all customer service positions, as problem solving is seen as an integral skill for the job. An applicant arrives for testing and informs you that she is visually impaired. Although a screen-reader is able to be used for some of the items, the animated/graphic items require visual acuity. The applicant is not able to complete these items.
