A) Design and explain a computer-based simulation model which you will use to estimate the probability that among 25, 50, 75, 100, 500, or 1000 randomly chosen people, at least 2 people share the same birthday.

1) Explain specifically how you will use the technology to make the computer-based simulation model.

2) Run the simulation by using sufficient iterations for 25, 50, 75, 100, 500 and 1000 randomly selected people.

Note: The iterations you use should permit you to collect the data essential to make reasonable estimates of the probability for each group size.

B) Analyze (suggested length of 1?2 paragraphs) the computer-based simulation results.

1) Use the attached ?Probability Table? to determine the probability that at least 2 people share the same birthday among 25, 50, 75, 100, 500 and 1,000 randomly selected people. (Comprise the probability table with your results.)

2) Discuss factors which contribute to uncertainty in the probability results that were obtained.

3) Draw conclusions comprising the uncertainty from the results of the simulation.
