The organization has also starting to struggle in those couple of seasons and you are starting to disagree with some of the processes the Head Coach is making. Even some of the athletes have come up and expressed their issues with the Head Coach to you and the organization hierarchy are wanting to meet with you and ask questions around the issues the athletes have expressed their unhappiness with."
