Please locate a high-profile tort law liability case,such as the McDonald’s hot coffee case (however, please donot use this specific case). Choose a case from Lexis-Nexis thatinvolves a person being injured, such as toxic torts,pharmaceutical companies, or a product liability case. Once youfind a case that interests you, read the case details and considerthe following:
What are the implications of the case? Why might the public beinterested in this case? Has this case caused the public to createlaws or create policy?
You may need to perform additional research on your case to findthe answer to these questions. Please explain the case completelyand answer these questions thoroughly.
