How can I make this smoother Relationship dynamics with food go further than"individual" choices in this universe. Picture this: it's my family reunion, and I'm finally reconnecting with all my uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews that I haven't seen in ages. The tables are overflowing with all sorts of contrasting foods. On the right side, there are nutritious salads with organic vegetables, while on the left there are many "unhealthy" options one could say.

As I began to load my plate, I realized each dish I was putting on my plate didn't just represent my personal preferences; they symbolized so much more. The pressure of my family traditions weighed upon my shoulders and all the social expectations surrounding food choices always lurked in the background. By analyzing the different ways we as a society consume and connect, we can better understand what brings us together and why.
