Case Study:
A review of the IRSC BAS Inc. will reveal that the business has grown much too fast for the people to keep up with change and growth. As the CEO, I believe is it time to make some significant changes. We will start by analyzing our communication issues.
General Team Assignment Expectations:
Our objectives will be to make a comprehensive set of documents, emails, and proposals. As a general rule, each section will be conducted over 2 weeks and the assignments are due by the end of the second week.
In addition, we will have 3 weeks of training from the IRSC Grant Writing Team to provide knowledge regarding the world of grant writing. Please refer to the Course Schedule to verify due dates, as late submissions are not accepted.
The team Project is just that, a Team Project. You will be required to work with your team independently, and virtually to complete the assignments. I will be flexible and allow the teams to define their own how and why.
Documentation Expectations:
- Process flow for all departments to communicate
- Employee Etiquette Policy
- Internal problem resolution process for each department to obtain a quick resolution to issues that are a priority
- External problem resolution process (customer issues)
- Organizational Chart showing all current employees (Do not move employees at this point. Keep them in the same departments as listed on the prospectus and assign them jobs within each department. Make sure to include the various levels (directors, supervisors, leads, assistants, etc considering the improvement of communication is our focus, at this point.)
Guidelines:
I am expecting a well-written and detailed proposal. It should be formatted professionally and adhere to the proper rules of English writing.
Keep in mind that I am not looking for an employee-ready policy. This is your proposal to me, the CEO, so you need to provide justification to back all of your policies and ideas.
