Case Study: A culture of conciliation is essential in the times in which we live, since this allows teams of collaborators to self-manage and for each employee to be motivated in their position since they have take into account their professional, personal, social and family life. The culture of conciliation does not depend only on Human Resources or the senior management of a company, but on each person who makes up said company. Human Resources has the role of being the middle or intermediate point between the managerial and operational parts of without affecting the productivity of the company. This is why it is very important that effective or appropriate conciliation policies or measures are designed; conciliation is a complex but at the same time very important issue. With policies or measures of flexibility in schedules, good feedback, collection of opinions and suggestions, good work environment, teleworking, employee motivation, good remuneration, equal opportunities for growth, training and training programs, taking into account the commitment to The company implements everything mentioned above, this will favor the general growth of the company.
