This is a team-based (Group work) capstone project course that provides you with an opportunity to work on an Information Technology (IT) or Information System (IS) related real-world business problem and to engage in research. You will be formed into teams of around 3 and work on an assigned external IT/IS project with an industry partner. (Our team is: Team 01)

In this course, you will analyze your client's business processes and their IT/IS requirements, opportunities and/or problem(s). You will explore the problem domain in the given project and develop a well-defined set of specifications for a viable solution. You may be involved in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of solutions as required by the industry clients.

The project will draw knowledge from other courses in the Master's program. You will apply complex decision-making and demonstrate high- level project management skills, and advanced written and verbal communication skills, as well as the application of ethical standards throughout

So the Industrial client for this team is "Pattini Skincare" - and we have to research and do Website Enhancement and other developments for this entity. Right now, we're working on the 02nd part. This is Assessment 2 - Progress Presentation

Task description: Having scoped the project in your previous assessment, you are required in this assessment to convince prospective clients, investors and/or senior management in the company as to the feasibility and viability of your proposed solution.

Course learning outcomes (CLO1 to CLO6):

1. Design and develop a real world information systems project with a real industry client or simulated with an internal role or industry client supported by appropriate planning, analytical and problem-solving techniques;
2. Effectively communicate to a diverse audience;
3. Appraise an ICT problem and design a solution drawing on creativity and initiative to provide potential and feasible solution(s) to address a client's business information system's needs;
4. Critically reflect on the process of planning and implementing the project including their own and/or others' contributions;
5. Collaborate successfully with stakeholders as part of a team to plan and deliver a project within resources constraints (time, cost, scope and quality);

6. Make appropriate judgments informed by ethics, professional codes of conduct, and culture awareness within the IS work environment.
