A case study is a scenario in a particular professional context that students are expected to analyze and respond to, guided by specific questions posed concerning the situation. In many cases, the scenario or case study involves an issue or problem that must be dealt with in a professional workplace.
Instructions
Step 1 - Read the case and associated questions carefully.
• Highlight the main point(s) of the case and any issue(s) that you can identify.
• Read the question(s) closely and analyze what they are requiring you to do.
• Read the case again, linking the information that is relevant to each question you have been asked.
Step 2 - Link theory to practice
• After identifying the issue in the case, link it to the concepts, theories, programs, processes, and laws that you have covered in your module or course.
