Implementing a Fall Prevention Program

Unfortunately, this increased mobility as they build strength puts clients at increased risk of falls. The quality assurance team has recommended implementation of a new Fall Prevention Program to address the number of falls. The program includes a six-hour workshop for all staff, new fall risk assessment tool and post fall huddles to review and debrief from incidents. This program must be implemented within the next four months.
