Concept 1: Trust and Betrayal: Any relationship needs trust to function, and its existence or absence can have a significant effect on how people interact. I would look at occasions when trust has been established or broken in the context of my relationship with Arsh. I would evaluate how these incidents affected our relationship and talk about how trust has been restored following a breakdown. I would also go into the significance of forgiveness in preserving and enhancing our relationship, exploring the process of regaining trust and its long-term consequences.

Concept 2: Interpersonal Conflict: Conflicts inevitably arise in relationships and resolving them successfully is essential to sustaining positive dynamics. I would talk about the disagreements that have developed between Arsh and I, looking into the root causes and the methods we have used to settle them. Finding common ground, engaging in effective communication, and settling problems have all required these skills. I'd evaluate the results of these disputes, highlighting both successful and futile attempts at resolution, and considering how they've affected our relationship.

Concept 3: Social Support and Emotional Connection: The wellbeing of those involved in a relationship depends on having a strong feeling of social support and emotional ties. I would go into the significance of social support in our connection, looking at how we have helped one another through difficult times by offering support and encouragement. In addition, I would discuss the mutual nature of support, recognizing how supportive we have both been to one another. I would talk on the importance of emotional connection in our relationship, highlighting how our strong and enduring relationship is a result of our shared experiences and comprehensive awareness of one another's feelings.Introduction: Describe the relationship. Who are the participants? What is the history of the relationship? What is the current status of the relationship? This information should be relatively brief. Next, introduce the body of the paper by indicating the terms/concepts you will use to analyze the relationship.

Essay Instructions: Make sure its five pages

Body: In this section of the paper you will analyze the relationship using interpersonal communication concepts, terms, topics, etc. This is by far the longest section of the paper.

First organize the body of the paper around the stages of relationship development (see your textbook and utilize your research). These stages can provide an excellent outline for the paper. The key here is to talk about how the stages are created in COMMUNICATION. How did communication change to move the relationship to another stage, and how did communication define a certain stage?

Use the three concepts above and apply them to your relationship.

You may discuss these concepts and how they affected the communication in your relationship as you take us through the stages, or you may want to discuss them apart from the stages in terms of how they have played out in your relationship. Use evidence to support your claims and use it in each stage---using direct quotes from the text, and specific examples from your relationship.
