1. Go to your office/organization and identify any process you like. Map the processes using flow charts and analyze the process to remove any non-value adding activity in the process or to merge those activities which could be brought together to to save time.

2. Go to your office/department/ and observe the environment. Look in to the situation to identify the way things (processes, machine, people, materials, departments, files...) are arranged or accessed or processed. Conduct simple kaizen using the 5 Ss and discuss the difference between the "before" and "After" office/department environment. Support your work with phots, showing your group members participating in the process. Any one missing in the photo testify that he/she did not participate in the report production.
