You are to apply the process of ethical analysis and apply theoretical ethical principles to what happened to the Theranos corporation. Seen as an epic failure of moral and ethical culture, engineers stood in a position of trust to produce a safe effective product. That did not happen, and a massive fraud cost investors and patients. Applying what you have learned in the course, from the readings and the Discussion postings, analyze what happened, who was a fault and what solutions could be applied to prevent this from happening in the future.
