Think of a group communication situation that you have been in where you and other group members responded positively to the leadership that was present in the group. Try to make it a situation where effective leadership was particularly important because of the group's common goal and the stakes involved. Describe the situation in enough detail so that others reading your post will get a good grasp of the context and of the things that the group leader or leaders were doing to support and motivate the group.

Using any of the ideas about leadership from Chapter Eight of our class text, and/or any of the ideas about leadership contained in the three videos included as part of this week's module, analyze the leadership that was present in the group communication situation you have described. Make clear and specific connections between your example and whatever ideas, concepts, and/or theories about leadership from our course that you are referencing.
