Leadership and Management in Hospitality - CW2 Culture, Values and CSR

Instruction:

In this assignment you will be given the case of a hospitality company (attached). You need to analyze the leaders and executives in leading positions involved in the case or dispute. Research the leaders and the company's style, vision, culture and values to answer the following key questions:-

Discuss in your paper situations and actions, related to a given case, that support your arguments when answering the questions.

Elaborate on your answers with an essay of at least 2500 words +/-10% (excluding Table of Content, Title Page and Reference Page, including an introduction, elaboration on main arguments and a conclusive statement in your assignment answer. Please use appropriate referencing for any work or samples sighted.

The final MS-Word document submission should be written in Century Gothic or Arial Font, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5 and include a title page, table of content, page numbering at the bottom right, page header with your name, class and assignment.

Arguments are to be properly referenced with reference list and bibliography at the end of the documents.
