ASSIGNMENT:

The study will involve the observation, manipulation and regulation of three key variables that will serve to investigate the impact of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy on social skills outcomes in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The independent variable is the intensity of the ABA therapy, which will be manipulated at two levels: moderate intensity and high intensity. At the same time, the study will analyze the dependent variables, the mastery of social skills and the generalization of skills. Consequently, I will be describing the study as a 2x2 factorial design where there is one independent variable with two levels, and two dependent variables.
