Overview:
In recent years Major League Baseball (MLB) has come under fire to do a better job at protecting spectators from injury due to foul balls and broken bats flying into the stands. In this assignment, you will explore the issues associated with protecting fans as well as the MLB organization.
Instructions:
• Read the two cases Friedman v. Houston Sports Association and Lowe v. California League of Professional Baseball.• Briefly describe what happened in each case.• Compare the two cases.
