Provide a marketing plan report for PepsiCo in United States of America and provide environmental analysis and research for the market entry into that country.

Please follow the steps below,

1. Market analysis using your research results showing why and how you will enter that market. Analyze the cultural environment, political environment and legal environment of that country and demonstrate suitability for market entry for your company and product. Use research from Deliverable to support your writing.

2. Outline and analyze any other additional factors such as religion, competition, labor market, infrastructure, presence or absence of regional trade agreements, developments in education & training sector, media, banking sector, foreign investment climate, etc., which may promote or impede market entry. Weigh both positive sides and negative sides.

3. Outline your recommendations for market entry in a report format to help a manager to make appropriate decisions.
