Question: Analyze the Constitution after the ratification of the Bill of Rights in 1792.? Is the original structure of government power?before the adoption of the Bill of Rights more in line with "Hamiltonian" or "Jeffersonian" political philosophy? How did the inclusion of the Bill of Rights affect the philosophical leanings of the Constitution? You MUST have a thesis which clearly states which of the two schools of American political philosophy had the greatest impact on the writing of the Constitution.
