This automated system is capable of answering questions like where do I mail my payment? What is the balance of my account? What is my pay off amount? When is my payment due?
This system is not only common in speech language, but it is also capable of reading the body of an e-mail message and using key words to search the database and automatically send the appropriate answers to the customers. Siebel, a premier customer relationship management (CRM) provider, is an example an organization that has this type of product.
