Question: Optimize Crew Scheduling: Analyze the airline's flight schedule and identify peak hours or routes that experience frequent delays. Optimize crew scheduling to ensure an adequate number of staff members are available during these critical periods. This may involve adjusting shifts, implementing reserve crew members, or hiring part-time staff to supplement the workforce". I have been given some suggestions such as using south west airlines "ready reserve program" to uses as an example. If anyone knows more about this topic, could I have some help expanding on this?
