Aggressive quality management is another factor I chose to analyze. The purpose of quality management is to make sure the process provided is the same every time. It shows the same information, skills, and methods are being used. This helps enhance customer satisfaction, expresses goal, policies, and resources need to maintain and ensure continuous improvements. Aggressive quality management is a strength. Having consistency with patients allows you as a health care manager to gain their trust and shows commitment to provide the best quality care available.
