You will research and provide an analysis of a major workplace implementation, such as role of mission, vision, values to HRM; strategic actions, strategic development techniques, HR planning, SHRM suitable to organizational culture, job analysis, organization development strategy, CSR strategy, corporate governance strategy, formulating people management strategy, HRIS strategy. You are expected to research and cover one topic with the chosen Canadian/ Global enterprise as selected by you utilizing secondary data research (peer-reviewed journals, published case-studies, company websites, google scholar - research articles, videos, newspaper/ magazine articles). Evaluate the viability of such implementation by addressing the key issues required for success. In this, you will be expected to critically analyze Strategic Human Resource Management System/sub-systems as mentioned above, identify problems, and recommend constructive improvements. The success issues should be derived from current research.
