Operating systems play a role in a number of contexts within an enterprise network. There are those who have preference for a particular operating system, which is a narrow perspective. Some applications are more suitable for a particular operating system than others. For example, it is common for network administrators to gravitate towards the use of Apache as an Internet server despite having the internal network operating as a Windows environment.

Use the study materials and engage in any research needed to fill in knowledge gaps. Write a 2-3 page paper that includes the following information:
