Case: Throughout this course, you have explored a number of concepts, trends, and foundational theories in the field of human resources. As you compile, edit, and finalize the three main sections of your paper, be sure to incorporate any additional knowledge and insights gained through this seminar experience into your final project. To prepare for this Assignment, select an organization with which you are familiar and develop a process for its HR leadership to use to assess potential partnerships and alliances.
Submit 8-page synthesis (excluding title page and References section) of the partnership process that you created for the organization's HR leadership. In your synthesis, be sure to include the following:
Process (2 pages)
Analyze five key steps necessary to create an assessment process and establish a sequenced flow.
Organizational Analysis (2-3 pages)
Perform a gap analysis to determine the organization's performance in developing internal capacity and agility and to identify its needs.
Address the following, as it applies to your selected organization:
What variables influence organizational capacity and agility, including the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing, alliances, and partnerships?
What variables influence potential models of partnerships and alliances?
What other models does HR use to assess partnerships and evaluate opportunities to create organizational change?
Plan for Implementation (2-3 pages)
Explain the negotiations and leadership competencies that are needed for optimal alternative delivery oversight for your selected organization.
In your explanation, be sure to include what leadership competencies the organization's HR currently has and what additional competencies would need to be added to fill any gaps.
Develop your plan for implementation of the elements that require oversight in partnerships and alliances and the competencies brought by the organization's HR.
