Now that you have learned a little bit about the Columbian Exchange (see the module introduction and the lecture video), analyze the impact of twoitems (plant or animal) that were a part of the Columbian Exchange. Analyze one item from the "New World" and one item from the "Old World." Avoid analyzing the diseases since those are discussed at length in the lecture video. Address the following questions in your response:
