Conduct the interview in person, by phone, online conferencing, or email.

Step 4

Analyze the information received in your interview and highlight some areas of strength the organization has shown. Also, highlight points where they may improve.

Step 5

Using the information provided in your interview and any supporting documentation, build a set of guidelines that the organization can adopt to strengthen their HR policy when working with future volunteers.
