Financial Statement Analysis and Assessment

Please complete a Financial Statement Analysis and Assessment for the City of San Jose. This analysis to includes analyse the financial statements, provide findings and recommendations for Fiscal Year(FY) 2009-2012. I will upload documents and financial information for this report. Additional information: Review the annual reports, to identify the current economic conditions, such as: liquidity, profits and profit margin, such as are profitability trends favorable in the company? Sales (tax revenue)such as is the city generating more tax revenue? Borrowing, such as if the city is borrowing profitably? Assets, is the company using fixed assets effectively? Employees, is the company hiring effectively?
Analyze "raw" financial data and make competent decisions based on raw data, and draw conclusions from the data you've gathered, determine the relevant position of the city of Santa Clara in this analysis,

Provide recommendation and forecast future financial states.

Analyze financial standpoint, and future cost saving opportunities.
