Analyze the ethical and legal aspects of the actions taken by the cola giants. What, if anything, should they do?

The Center for Science and Environment (CSE) said that,including Pepsi and Coca-Cola, bottled soft drinks had pesticide residues. The chiefs of the Indian subsidiaries of Coca-Cola and Pepsi denied that by claiming their products had been tested and they were contemplating legal action against CSE since the revelation caused loss of the industry. They called for an independent inquiry led but didn’t public their findings.

Actually, groundwater contaminated caused pesticide residues in bottled water/soft drink. Delhi wasn’t having effective water industry standard and the regulators, such as CGWB, CPCB, and PFA, performed practically no function.
