Procurement plays a vital role in sustainable demolitions by identifying strategic suppliers who adhere to sustainable practices and have a track record in successful projects. The procurement process involves careful evaluation and selection of suppliers based on their ability to meet sustainability and reliability criteria.
The challenges that will be addressed in this project are Limited availability of sustainable suppliers, limitation of resources, then we will extract the best practice to be a role model to avoid project failure. Overall, the lens of procurement in sustainable demolition projects emphasizes the importance of selecting suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to sustainable practices. By integrating environmental considerations into the procurement process, these projects aim to minimize waste, conserve resources, and promote a more sustainable built environment.
