Question: Ethics and ethical decision-making starts with an internal reflection on the principles, virtues, and theories of moral philosophy as well as one's experiences. Our ethical beliefs find expression in the decisions and actions that each of us makes as part of a community. "Ethical Integrity" involves identifying one's ethical foundations and then to incorporate those principles and virtues in a consistent manner into the context of your professional and personal life. Throughout the course, you have analyzed, interpreted and reflected upon the readings, podcasts, and discussions as they apply to healthcare administration.
